This group is for children aged 4 years to 14 years, the ratio of staff to children is 1 staff to 8 children. Hayley is our After-School Room leader, and is NVQ Level 3 qualified and is currently training in playworker Level 3. Hayley has previously had alot of experience within in different settings with childrn of all ages.

We have Breakfast Club from 7.15-9.00am and After-school club from 3.00-6.30pm which includes school delivery and pick up. Breakfast Club includes breakfast if you require it and After-school club includes a snack and tea.

We currently take and pick up from a variety of school in Rhyl, Abergele and Bodelwyddan.

We also run a Holiday club during all school holidays and school training days from 7.15am-6.30pm. Please see Open times and Fees for more details or feel free to give us a call.

Our after-school room consists of a TV and Dvd player (for a special movie day), Plenty of board games, Lots and lots of craft activities and plenty of other exciting toys and equipment. There are activities planned for the after-school/holiday club, which the children can participate in if they like. However we don’t make it compulsory to join in if they do not want to. During the school holidays the children are given the opportunity to choose what they want to learn about and we get to go on all sorts of trips too!!!

We actively promote free choice with our after-school and regularly have child led meetings to get their views and things they would like to do. We encourage lots of varied activities throughout the week and have planned activties such as preparing their own food, cooking, painting, sand and water play, soil play, planting and many many more.
